Flutter nani iro tunic

You see how much i love this “Flutter” by papercut patterns. this time is Flutter Tunic.

I picked Naniiro double gauze from my stash. i bought this about a year ago from miss matatabi. be honest, this kind of color doesn’t catch my attention usually. but Ada Sparagg’s this sack dress post was gut enough inspiration to being brave for new challenge and it was just right.

It took almost a year to find matching pattern for this naniiro fabric for me but you know, be patient and it appears someday suddenly. it was “flutter” for me.

I did a little modification. originally back dress has two pattern but i had cut with center fold so it doesn’t has seam line on middle of the back dress. and 6cm lengthened as i did previous Flutter blouse as well.

This is very light and breeze summer dress. flared sleeves and loose fit has just perfect matching with double gauze naniiro. i might need to get more of naniiro in my stash for future project.
